Del Mar Beach

Del Mar Beach

Del Mar Beach is a popular beach in a town famous for its horse racing from July through September. Enjoy swimming, walking, surfing, body boarding, boogie boarding, and picnicking. This is an upscale community with high end shopping, luxury resorts, and restaurants to enjoy as well.

Seagrove and Powerhouse Parks offer picnicing and breathtaking views. Both parks are located on the grassy cliffs overlooking the beach and ocean. Seagrove has benches facing toward the ocean...a perfect place to propose when the summer crowds are gone. Powerhouse Park has a children's playground perfect for young families.
