After deciding on your colors, it will be time to select a florist for your wedding. Choose the colors you want. Since you want the flowers at your wedding to be special, it is important that you are careful in selecting your florist.
It is a good idea to call and make appointments to interview at least three florists before settling on the one that you feel most comfortable with. Get recommendations from friends, attend bridal shows where you can meet florists, and study their websites from the list below. 
Things to Bring to the Interview1. Swatches of fabric for bridesmaids dress, if you have them. 2. A picture of the wedding dress. 3. A list with the number of bridesmaids, flower girls, groomsmen, fathers, mothers, and grandparents. This list will determine the number of bouquets, corsages, and buotonnieres that are needed. 4. Have an approximate number of tables being used at the reception.
The florist will work with you on selecting the flowers and other decorations and will write out a contract detailing the prices. If the cost doesn’t fit into your budget, let the florist know. There may be alternative flower choices that would be more economical or other ways to cut down on the costs.
