Halloween Ball at the Prado
Address: 1549 El Prado, San Diego
This adult party(Age 21+) begins in the elegant El Prado in Balboa Park at 9 PM on October 31. Dance to DJ music in the beautiful surroundings. Prizes for best costumes. Purchase tickets online for $50. Buy your tickets early as this annual event does sell out!

Haunted Harbor Cruise - San Diego Harbor Excursions

Boarding is at 9 PM on October 29, 2011. Cruise from 9:30 PM - 12:30 AM. Must be 21 or over. $35 includes the three hour cruise, a boarding cocktail, and dancing. Appetizers and drinks will be available for purchase.

The Haunted Hotel

The Haunted Hotel is a walk through horror house with scary special effects. The price is $15 Sunday through Thursday and $17 on Fridays and Saturdays. Recommended for age 10 and up. Voted one of the best haunted houses in the US!

Nightmare on Normal Street
This annual event in Hillcest runs 7:00pm to 10:00pm on Normal Street at Blaine on October 29, 2011. Must be 21 or older (picture ID required). The cost for general admission is $10 and includes music and a costume contest with a $1000 prize.

Monster Bash
Address: Main Gate at 7th and Market in Gaslamp Quarter

This block party in downtown San Diego features live bands as well as DJs. Costume contest with $3000 cash prizes. Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 the day of the event. Wristband is also you ticket to Gaslamp nightclubs and special food and drink deals. VIP tickets are also available with additional perks.

Haunted Trail of Balboa Park

Enjoy a winding trail of scary fun in Balboa Park. The cost is $15 Sunday through Thursday and $17 on Fridays and Saturdays.

Haunted Hayride, House of Horrors, and The Chamber (a winding tunnel of terror. The price for all three attractions is $27.99. Parking is free in the Scream Zone parking lot which you enter through the Solana Gate off Via de la Valle between Jimmy Durante Boulevard and the Coast Highway. $3 discount coupons are available at Little Ceasar's Pizza.
